In Zapier, set Fathom as the trigger app and choose 'New Action Item' as the trigger event
Connect your Fathom account to Zapier using your API key (a unique code that lets two apps talk to each other)
Set ClickUp as the destination app and choose 'Create Task' as the action
Map the action item text to the task name and the assignee from Fathom to the ClickUp assignee field
Test the Zap with a real meeting and confirm the task appears in ClickUp
