STOA's verdictRating 6.4 out of 10
This tool is aimed at tech-savvy founders launching new startups, not established small businesses.
The Formation AI chat is a genuinely fast way to get your company set up, but nearly every other feature on the roadmap is still 'Coming Soon' — so you're betting on a platform that doesn't fully exist yet. If you need company formation today, more proven options are available; check back on Lovie once the full platform ships.
