Grafana is best for small businesses with a technical person on staff who needs to monitor servers, databases, or app performance in one place. The free tier is genuinely useful and connecting to 150+ data sources is a real strength, but setup is not beginner-friendly — you'll likely need someone comfortable with tech to get real value out of it. If you don't have that person, a simpler dashboard tool will save you a lot of frustration.
AI-generated training guides tailored to your team's size, skill level, and focus areas for Grafana — coming in v0.3.2.
