Framer documents a Server API, in beta, for updating and publishing projects from a server; the FAQ says it is free during the beta.
Every published site downloads as standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and CMS collections can be exported to CSV or JSON using a marketplace plugin.
Plans can be billed monthly or yearly, subscriptions auto-renew, and after you cancel, plan benefits stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Framer runs its own Marketplace for templates, components and plugins.
