Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) is an enterprise-grade survey and feedback platform that helps you collect customer opinions from just about anywhere — email, websites, apps, kiosks, and more.
The 400+ integrations and advanced survey logic give it real power for teams that gather customer input regularly. But the per-user pricing adds up fast for small teams, and simpler needs are better served by more affordable tools.

Over 400 pre-built integrations mean your feedback data flows directly into the tools your team already uses daily
Advanced survey logic, custom scripting, and branching give you flexibility that simpler survey tools cannot match
Role-based dashboards let different team members — from support to sales to leadership — see relevant insights without building custom reports
Starting price of $55/month per user is expensive for small businesses, especially when free tools like Google Forms handle basic surveys
The interface can feel overwhelming for simple use cases — there is a learning curve to take advantage of the advanced features
Alchemer includes purpose-built AI for analyzing open-text survey responses at scale. Instead of reading through hundreds or thousands of written answers, the AI identifies themes, sentiment patterns, and key takeaways automatically. It also powers smart reporting that highlights the most important findings from your data.
