Snagit includes AI-powered tools that can automatically remove backgrounds from images and generate text from screenshots. It also uses smart recognition to help you quickly select and edit specific elements in a captured image.
Snagit is best for small business owners who regularly create tutorials, training materials, or visual guides for their team or customers. It's the gold standard for screen capture and annotation — nothing else comes close for making quick, polished screenshots and short video clips. The main downside is it's a one-trick pony, so if you only need basic screenshots occasionally, your phone or free tools will do just fine.
