BookStack works well if you already have someone who can run a small server. You get a clean wiki with books, chapters, and pages plus full search and SSO logins (OIDC, SAML, LDAP), with no per-user fees ever. If you don't have technical staff to install and maintain it, a hosted tool will save you the setup work.
